WAPPINGER, N.Y. -- Retiring Roy C. Ketcham High School principal Tom Stella appeared on New York's WPIX 11 on Friday to give the weather forecast.

Stella is retiring after 42 years in education, which includes five and a half years as director of district administration for Wappingers Central School District and seven years as principal at Ketcham High.
